 Beena did a great job for us. She was patient and understanding in helping us buy a home that we could be happy with. She provided several tips on things to look for in a home, while being knowledgeable of the marketability of the homes we looked at.
Beena was especially helpful in a matter concerning water line easement rights through the property we had under contract and getting the affected neighbor to sign off on some legal matters, before we could close on the property. She really worked hard on this process in the weeks prior to our closing. Had it not been for Beena's diligence on this matter, we never would have been able to close on the property.
She also caught a mistake the lender had made on closing cost, which saved us a sizable amount of the total closing cost. We really are appreciative of Beena's work on the purchase of our home and recommend her to others seeking a realtor who takes the necessary time to make sure the client will be happy with their purchase and is willing to work hard to get the job done.

 We had a wonderful experience working with Beena we were trying to rent a house but the home owner was so unable to agree to any of our offers. so we just stopped causing  Beena problems cause although it wasted time the home owner was very flakey.but  Beena stood in there with lots of patience.
